Led by Zingisa Motloba, an admitted attorney, former Private Equity M&A and infrastructure lawyer, in-house corporate counsel, company secretary and Standards Executive. This has given her solid experience in the areas of private and public sector governance, risk management and the use of standards in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SGBs). She delivered the opening address at the 5th Annual Global Risk Symposium on Risk, Resilience and Leadership and the role of International Standards in navigating ESG factors.
Her 2018 MBA research paper explored Socially Responsible Investing in Private Equity transactions, fuelling her passion for the ESG work Alchemy delivers in collaboration with its execution partners.
Besides the MBA, Zingisa completed a Leading Women certificate programme at GIBS in 2012, as well as the Dare to Lead™ training which draws on the research and philosophies of Brené Brown on how organisations can support the creation of courageous, inclusive and innovative cultures.
Zingisa's has a particular passion for increased participation of women and young people in economic spaces.
